Equalize Your Karma – Get the Most Out of the Law of Attraction

I recently read parts of Wayne Dyer’s “Excuses Begone!”. He make a point that directly relates to LOA that I found to be extremely powerful:

Dyer: “When you say, “Gimme, gimme, gimme  to the universe, it uses the Law of Attraction to say, “Gimme, gimme, gimme” to you… Take the focus off of Gimme, gimme, gimme and place it on How may I serve? What may I offer? How can I help? When you do, the universe will respond similarly, asking, How may I serve you? What may I offer you? How can I help you?”

When we look at the The Law of Attraction (LOA), many times the Karmic quotient of life is left out. It exists and it is important. Dyer’s example is what I call the “Trampoline Effect”. As on a trampoline, the force of your bounce translates into how high up you go. The same thing goes for your thoughts or actions. Dyer’s example shows the LOA quotient of that effect.

When we use our thoughts to attract wealth (gimme, gimme, gimme) through LOA, Karma takes into account our intent for that request.

If our intent is “I want all this money for me and my benefit,” you will have to give something back for that personal gain to equalize your karma. If you want to achieve something for the greater good or to accomplish your goals for this lifetime, your question will probably be more like this: “I want to be the best person I can possibly be.” You are offering your service up to mankind and intern it will offer up its services to you: What can I give you to make that happen? It may be money, It may be others to help you on your journey, or it may be something else. Whatever it may be, it will make you more happy than just wanting money.

I gave more thought to Dyer’s words, and it just makes sense in the big scheme of things.

You know the saying, “you give of yourself it comes back to you 10 fold.” Take that and add it to Dyers thoughts. If you offer yourself up, and the universe provides for you to accomplish that, you then offer yourself up again you have more to offer mankind. You then get back more to continue making things better for you and others. People that come to mind when I think of this process include Mother Theresa and Gandhi.

It is important to understand we are all in life working with each other. The greatest gift we can create for ourselves is making us and others better.
